After a fierce "struggle" alternating between a drain snake and a plunger, sometimes in the toilet and sometimes in the shower, and 7 buckets of water and shit that I bailed out to avoid flooding the entire landing, the plumber called a colleague with the truck to clear the blockage with high-pressure water. The situation was resolved around 2 a.m. Probably one of the worst nights of our lives. After disinfecting the bathroom several times, all that remained was to get reimbursed by the landlord... Besides, the plumber was professional, understanding, and determined not to leave us in the sh*t, both literally and figuratively. I would have liked to post photos of the intervention but the plumber did not want to be photographed or have his equipment photographed. Too bad because it is difficult to imagine what this kind of emergency can look like. You have to experience it to believe it. In any case, he is a good professional. I imagine that there are not many tradesmen who will come out at 1 a.m. on a Whitsun weekend... I recommend him. (Original) Intervention en urgence à 1h du matin pour une canalisation collective bouchée (parce que les voisins du dessus jettent n'importe quoi dans leurs WC) et dont le contenu infect refoulait depuis l'évacuation de la douche. Après une "lutte" acharnée alternant furet et ventouse tantôt dans les wc tantôt dans la douche, et 7 seaux d'eau+m*rde que j'ai écopé pour éviter d'inonder l'entièreté du palier, le plombier a appelé un collègue avec le camion pour évacuer le bouchon avec de l'eau haute pression. Situation réglée vers 2h du matin. Probablement une des pire nuit de notre vie. Après avoir désinfecté la sdb plusieurs fois, reste à se faire rembourser par le proprio... Du reste, le plombier s'est montré professionnel, compréhensif et déterminé à ne pas nous laisser dans la m*rde, au sens propre comme au figuré. J'aurais bien voulu mettre des photos de l'intervention mais le plombier ne souhaitait pas être pris en photo ou que son matériel le soit. Dommage car on s'imagine difficilement à quoi ce genre d'urgence peut ressembler. Il faut le vivre pour le croire. En tout cas c'est un bon professionnel. J'imagine qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'artisans pour se déplacer à 1h du matin un week-end de Pentecôte... Je recommande."
